Overseas Skilled Trade Employees
Due to a large shortage of skilled personnel in Australia KSN has applied itself to recruit
welders, boilermakers, pipe fitters, machinist and other skilled workers from South Korea
and Thailand since 2005.
All overseas employees are provided with an interpreting service for all :

KSN managing director Sam Na has been appointed as the good will ambassador of Human
Resources Development of Korea Ministry of labor (HRD Korea) in Australia in recognition
of his excellent co operation with the recruitment of Korean welder’s boilermakers and pipe
fitters.
Human Resources Development of Korea
HRD Korea is the governmental organization affiliated to the Ministry Of Labor and
is responsible for vocational training to technical resources with 22 local vocational
training institutes, 19 polytechnic colleges and 18 local offices. Likewise HRD Korea
has responsibilities for national/international skills competition, but also for overseas
employment promotion of trained Korean skills laborers. |
